Regan was a witch with a skirt that I made her. She didn't want to wear the wig or hat though, so she is just a cute apprentice witch.

Wish I had seen the girls in their costumes--they look so cute. Regan looks like a thoughtful witch, not sulky and Sophie is adorable in her BB costume, especially with the witches hat on!
